North Coast Gas Transmission develops and operates natural gas pipelines throughout Ohio. In 1998, NCGT first began natural gas operations as a “brown field” development company converting liquid pipelines to natural gas.  NCGT’s network of pipes provides Ohio natural gas users access to nearly every producing basin in the Unites States and Western Canada.  In 2006, NCGT added more than 90 miles of pipeline through acquisitions reaching the Toledo and Marion markets. In 2009, North Coast became a “green field” pipeline developer, expanding facilities in the Cleveland area allowing for further market diversification.  Supply diversity, combined with NCGT’s competitively priced transportation rates, allows Ohio users more options in choosing their gas supply.

In addition to its existing pipeline rights, North Coast’s assets provide multiple pipeline rights which allow for expansion and extension of the system in an economically and environmentally responsible manner.  NCGT has worked diligently to position itself to help provide natural gas service to growing residential and industrial markets in Ohio.

In November 2020, North Coast Gas Transmission’s President & CEO, Lee Lochtefeld, was quoted in Site Selection Magazine. Since 2004, NCGT has maintained full deliverability to our customers and has an excellent safety history with zero loss-time accidents, pipeline failures, or unscheduled outages.

NorthPoint Industrial – North Baltimore is an industrial game changer. Located next to one of the most important intermodal rail terminals in the continental US, LPO provides a heavy haul corridor allowing users to take intermodal loads that have more weight than what would be allowed on regular roads. With a supportive local community and access to a nearby high pressure gas transmission pipeline, this site is ideal for large industrial tenant.
